Unaccompanied minor
Unaccompanied Minors are children above 5 and under 12 years of age traveling alone on "Child fare along with a 25,000 MNT fee". Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 12 years or above) who is an immediate family member or who has written permission from the child's parent or guardian. Booking
Please present your child’s passport or birth certificate at the time of booking. Parents and guardians are required to provide full details (name, relationship, address and telephone number) of adults accompanying the child to the departure point and meeting at the destination airport.
Departures
Parents or responsible adult must present the child for check-in at least 60 minutes prior the scheduled departure time. Unaccompanied Minor form must be completed before flight departure. It is recommended for parents and guardians to remain at the airport until the flight has departed.
On-board
The cabin crew will be notified before the flight of your child's name, age and any special requirement. Our flight attendants will regularly check that your child is comfortable during the flight.
Arrival
Upon arrival, our service agent will assist the child from the aircraft through all the arrival procedures until she/he meets the nominated guardian. It is required that the adult collecting your child at the destination airport must show formal identification before your child is handed over.
